Privacy Policy

1. Purpose

AROUNDIT Inc. processes personal information to receive and respond to project inquiries, provide talent casting and content production services, and perform related contracts.

2. Information collected

Required: brand or company name, email, phone number and requested services. Optional: budget, desired schedule, target country, project details, reference files and requested talent. Technical information such as IP address and request time may be processed temporarily for security.

With separate analytics permission: traffic sources, the first measured public page, inquiry page and limited campaign/link labels may be saved with your inquiry, as described in the optional analytics section below.

3. Retention

Inquiry records may be retained for three years from the inquiry date. Contract-related records may be retained for five years after the contract ends, unless a different period is required by applicable law.

Vercel: website hosting and request processing
Resend: inquiry email delivery
Supabase: site content and operational data management
Cloudflare R2: media storage and delivery

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing by contacting AROUNDIT. Requests may be restricted where retention is required by law.

6. Deletion and security

Information is deleted when its purpose and retention period end, unless continued retention is legally required. AROUNDIT applies reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and limits access to information.

8. Changes

Last updated September 14, 2026 to describe optional key-button click analysis, which starts only after separate consent. Material changes will be announced on this website before they take effect.

Optional website analytics

From September 14, 2026, optional analysis also counts clicks on key navigation, artist/project links, service links, contact links and image-view buttons. Only fixed categories (such as “project inquiry” and “header”) and the public page path are sent. No screen recording, pointer coordinates, typed content or individual click history linked to an inquiry is collected. We request a new choice from previous consenting visitors and continue to respect previous refusals.

Only when you select “Allow”, AROUNDIT uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, to understand traffic sources, public page visits and completed project inquiries. Declining does not affect browsing or inquiry submission. This choice is separate from the consent required to process your inquiry.

Analytics data includes visited public page paths, referring website domains, language, browser/device information, cookie-based identifiers and inquiry completion events. Contact names, company names entered in forms, email addresses, phone numbers, message contents, attachments and receipt numbers are not sent. URL query strings and fragments are excluded. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled.

Google may process analytics data on servers outside Korea, including the United States. Analytics cookies expire within 60 days; your allow/decline preference is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. User-level and event-level data retention is set to two months without extension on new activity; aggregated reports may remain longer. Clearing browser storage also clears this preference.

With the same optional permission, AROUNDIT also records the first and latest observable traffic sources, the first page measured after permission, public inquiry page and limited campaign/link labels. These are stored only within the same browser tab, ending when that tab is closed, after 30 minutes without a measured page/submission, or after 24 hours at the latest. No activity before permission, cross-device history, search queries, full referring URLs, advertising click IDs or complete URL query strings are recorded for this purpose.

When you submit an inquiry, this limited source information is linked to that inquiry in AROUNDIT's Supabase database and included in the Resend notification to AROUNDIT. It is accessible to authorized administrators and retained with the inquiry for up to three years from submission. This linked record is not sent to Google Analytics. Sources that are not available are shown as unknown, not assumed to be direct visits. Existing analytics permission is not reused for this new purpose; we ask again unless you previously declined.

You can change your choice at any time using “Analytics preferences” at the bottom of the page. Choosing “Decline” stops subsequent measurement and removes this site's analytics cookies and tab-stored source information; it does not erase source data already saved with an inquiry or analytics data already processed.
