02 / CREATOR COLLABORATION

International creator collaborations

Start with the audience, not just a follower count. A campaign for Korean viewers needs a different approach from one for international audiences interested in Korea. We shape the creator fit and content direction around that distinction.

Audience-led matching

We consider content themes, language, channels and audience characteristics alongside nationality to find a relevant direction for your brand.

Brand experiences as stories

Product experiences, visits, interviews and cultural encounters can become content. Formats are discussed for Instagram, YouTube and short-form channels.

Collaboration coordination

Appearances, production and personal-channel publishing are scoped separately. We agree scheduling, review, advertising disclosure and reuse terms before the project.

    Define the goal

Review content style and audience fit for the collaboration.

  3. 03

  4. 04

    Coordinate delivery

Manage agreed production, review and publishing steps with the project team.

How is a creator collaboration different from model casting?

Model casting mainly concerns the shoot and image usage. Creator collaborations also consider content style, audience and personal channels. A filmed appearance and a post on the creator’s own channel are separate scopes.

Do you target viewers in Korea or overseas?

This depends on the brief. We first define whether you want to reach international audiences interested in Korea, foreign residents or Korean viewers, then consider channels and language.

How are costs and performance assessed?

Costs vary by creator, format, deliverable count, production scope, publishing channel and reuse terms. Measurement and available reporting are agreed before starting; views and sales are not universally guaranteed.

Can a brand reuse the content in advertising?

Reuse is not automatically included. Tell us about reposting, paid advertising, edited versions and intended duration so that the appropriate terms can be discussed.

Can you help if we have not chosen a creator?

Share the brand, product, intended audience, preferred channels and budget range. We will consider the content style, language and audience fit when reviewing the collaboration and candidates. Participation is confirmed only after schedules and terms are agreed.

Can the same content appear on several channels?

This can be discussed. Instagram, YouTube and TikTok posts, brand-channel reposts and extra edits are separate scopes. Confirm the channels, number of posts, schedule and usage period so that production and publishing terms can be agreed.
