TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of global talent casting, content strategy, production and related services provided by AROUNDIT Inc.
2. Services
Services may include talent profiles and portfolios, casting consultation, contract support, branded and global content production, influencer collaborations and channel operations. Detailed scope, fees and schedules are determined in an individual agreement.
3. User responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, respect intellectual property and portrait rights, and use portfolio material only for legitimate project review and agreed purposes.
4. Casting and cancellation
Talent casting is governed by a separate agreement. Cancellation fees or replacement arrangements may apply according to that agreement.
5. Intellectual property and portrait rights
Portrait rights remain with the talent and copyrights remain with their respective owners. Use beyond the agreed scope requires separate permission.
6. Availability and limitation
Services may change or be interrupted for maintenance, force majeure or circumstances outside AROUNDIT’s reasonable control. Liability is determined by the individual agreement and applicable law.
7. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be handled by a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
